iStore South Africa’s 20th Anniversary With CEO Chris Dodd

This year, iStore South Africa marks a significant milestone as it celebrates 20 years as the country’s dedicated Apple Premium Partner. Since opening in 2005, iStore has remained committed to extending the Apple experience to South Africans in the way Apple would globally. iStore’s footprint now spans the country, from Johannesburg to East London, Soweto, and eMalahleni, making it a cornerstone of Apple’s presence in South Africa.
Beyond retail, iStore has played a vital role in building careers, fostering innovation, and empowering entrepreneurs, whether it’s enabling a student to buy their first Mac, helping a small business streamline operations, or supporting customers in getting the most from their devices. Over the past two decades, iStore has not only delivered devices but has also delivered opportunity, support, and inspiration.
The anniversary is not just a reflection on the past but a renewed promise to continue bringing South Africans the very best of Apple.
Ross Learmonth LIVE At The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts

An unforgettable evening of music and energy comes to The Capital On The Park in Sandton on Saturday, 27 September 2025, as Ross Learmonth delivers a performance that promises far more than a concert. Set against one of the city’s most stylish venues, fans can expect a night that blends Ross’s electrifying stage presence with a vibrant atmosphere, fine dining, and crafted drinks.
Ross, known as the iconic voice and former frontman of Prime Circle, takes the stage during a milestone year. His recent highlights include opening for the Goo Goo Dolls in Gauteng, headlining the RMB Starlight Classics in Cape Town, and debuting his solo act at Kirstenbosch Gardens. International acclaim followed with a sold-out show at Shepherd’s Bush in London, affirming his standing as one of South Africa’s most magnetic performers.
This concert arrives in the wake of Ross’s new single, Heavy Love, produced by Rusti and Tristan. Raw and defiant, the track emerged from personal reinvention after a difficult period. Following the success of Opposites, which climbed local radio charts, Heavy Love marks another bold chapter in his solo career.
The intimate live experience aligns with The Capital On The Park’s new series of music events, positioning Ross’s performance as a flagship showcase. Audiences can look forward to a night of connection, powerful music, and memorable moments in the heart of Sandton. The evening also features rising star Matthew Charles, opening the show with tracks like Disclaimers and Te Amo.

‘Becoming Benno’ With Actor Ben Voss

South African actor and recipient of Australia’s Global Artistic Talent Visa, Ben Voss, returns to Sandton’s Theatre on the Square with his acclaimed solo show Becoming Benno from 17 – 28 September 2025.
Fresh from international success at the Adelaide International Festival, Durban, the Grahamstown Festival, and Cape Town, the production has already garnered critical recognition, including the Top Theatre Pick Award at the Adelaide International Arts Festival, a Top 5 Theatre Show listing at Adelaide Fringe, and a Grahamstown Ovation Award.
The story unfolds at Sydney Airport, where Ben – a washed-up actor – finds himself unexpectedly detained by immigration due to a glitch in his Permanent Residency Visa. What should have been the first hour of his new life in Australia becomes an anxious wait filled with uncertainty. Armed only with his 7kg hand luggage and a copy of Qantas Spirit of Australia magazine, he reflects on identity, family, belonging, and the emotional roller-coaster of emigration.
Shifting between optimism and panic, Ben questions whether he is running from his past or toward a brighter future. Along the way, audiences meet a quirky cast of characters – Mr. Brody, the strict Border Security officer; Arisha, a grandmother from Mumbai; and Jared, a British cleaner – all portrayed by Ben himself.
Directed by Michael Richard with dramaturgy by John van de Ruit, Becoming Benno delivers humour, heart, and razor-sharp character work in just 55 minutes.
Catch Becoming Benno at the Sandton Theatre on the Square from 17 – 28 September 2025! Tickets are R200 via Webtickets.
