Having not attended the global launch in Paris, a call to attend the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami launch in Sandton would offer a chance to sample the latest innovation by Diageo, the British multinational alcoholic beverage company. Hosted at the Circa Gallery guest were welcome by a blue lit venue flanked by two Mercedes-Maybach vehicles, setting the right luxury tone for the evening.

 

With sundowner cocktails served on the rooftop of the Circa Gallery, it was soon time to head down into the heart of the building where a private dining space was set up, surrounded by a combination of lighting, audio video and a plated culinary show.
