IMG has secured the in-ship and inflight rights to broadcast Formula 1 on its Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra channels for the next three seasons.
- The deal runs through to 2025 and marks IMG’s return to Formula 1.
- Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra will broadcast over 150 hours of live coverage.

Starting with the FORMULA 1 GULF AIR BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX on March 5, the 2023 line-up will feature a 23-race schedule, across five continents, including the inaugural FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX.

Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra is currently available onboard a number of aircraft carriers and cruise liners around the world including Etihad Airways, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, MSC Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and Silversea.
As Formula 1 continues to grow around the world, we are excited that we can now broadcast Formula 1 live in-ship and inflight to travelling fans.
