In close proximity to Benmore Shopping Centre in Sandton, Central Square Sandton brings the new Miss South Africa right into the heart of this business and leisure hub, with both a residential and retail offering. According to the Central Square website, the cost of a 2 Bedroom apartment ranges from R3.8-million to R5.5-million with access to the world-famous Gold’s Gym and Switch Playground, an array of food outlets, and spaces to unwind.
Previous Miss South Africa winners who have called Central Square home are Zozibini Tunzi, who stayed in the apartment before she took the Miss Universe crown and relocated to New York; Sasha-Lee Olivier and reigning Miss South Africa, Shudufhadzo Musida.
In preparation for the new Miss South Africa, who will be crowned in October, the Sandton apartment has been fully refurbished and furnished by Vursa, the furniture and homeware lifestyle brand which is the brainchild of Craig Nerwich and Daniel Chemel.
