Bringing over 25 years of industry experience, Don Jesseman steps into the role of General Manager with an impressive track record. Before joining NH Sandton, Don served as General Manager at Indaba Hotel, Conference and Spa, a four-star property with 260 rooms. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to guest satisfaction, Don was instrumental in the hotel’s achievements in customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth.

 

Don’s extensive expertise in strategic planning and operations will serve him well at NH Sandton, where he will oversee day-to-day operations, spearhead sales and marketing efforts, and work toward long-term goals in alignment with management and ownership objectives.
