Under the bounti brand banner, rebounding fanatics, from beginner to advanced levels, will be able to join workouts virtually, or in person, in a new bounti studio in Bryanston. Rebounding is considered to be the most effective kind of exercise yet, according to author, educator, and pioneer of rebound exercise Albert E. Carter.

So profound are the benefits of this trampoline based exercise that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has taken this form of workout onboard. NASA-trained astronauts are immediately placed on a 12-week rebounding program after returning from space, to aid in their recovery process as they readjust to earthly conditions.

Due to zero gravity in space, astronauts have a higher risk of developing osteoporosis and can lose up to 15% of their total bone density and muscle mass whilst floating in orbit, which quickens bone loss and weakens the body in general. Rebounding looks to improve this condition and has found many other applications in the process.

Catering safely for up to 100 people at a time, the new bounti studio, complete with coffee bar and smoothie counter, will host daily classes as well as exciting events, from corporate team building to bounti marathons.

Partnerships and endorsements from Discovery Health, CANSA, Metropolitan Multiple and other leading health authorities has further entrenched their position as a scientifically proven, medically aligned business focussed on true, sustainable change.

The new bounti studio has ample changing and shower facilities, as well as safe parking for clients and will house the best in sound and lighting equipment for the most exhilarating, motivating and exciting rebounding workouts.

Rebounding class schedules can be found online.
