Founder David Gresham, who started the company 53-years ago, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to oversee the strategic direction and creative activities of the group.

I am ever grateful to have traveled 53 years as CEO/MD and indebted to those who have supported the company and myself. As we move into the new world and new era, I am excited to hand over the baton to Andrew Mitchley and Larry Gresham. I will enjoy the new journey with them as Executive Chairman, always reaching for the stars.

Andrew Mitchley previously served as the COO and Head of A&R, playing a crucial role in the group’s growth and success. His extensive experience and proven track record in the industry make him the ideal candidate to guide the company into its next chapter.

David’s son, Larry Gresham, will assume the position of CEO, overseeing strategy & business development, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to the company’s leadership team.

Natalie Sanderson, an experienced executive in the music business will be stepping into the Group CFO role. Natalie’s deep understanding of the financial intricacies of the music industry will ensure the group’s continued stability and return on growth in expanding markets.

The David Gresham Entertainment Group has seen a growing presence in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana with the company’s global footprint now also extending to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Cyprus.
