Dental Surgeon, Dr Thabo Setsiba has opened a state-of-the-art practice at the prestigious, The Leonardo building at 75 Maude Street in Sandton.

With over 24-years of dental experience Dr Setsiba opened the doors to his brand new practice in Sandton in 2022, having run a highly successful practice in Pretoria for many years. Dr Setsiba decided to pursue a career in Dentistry following the little knowledge and need for such services in the community he grew up in. A friend, who was a medical doctor, recommended him to pursue his passion and over two decades later, Dr Setsiba continues to improve smiles on a daily basis.

His new practice expands his offering to a new clientele with new services in an impressive new location, The Leonardo, conveniently located in the commercial and financial hub of Sandton. Dr Setsiba offers a range of services from general dental practice work, endodontics, surgical removal of impactions, crown and bridge work and bleaching of teeth to paediatric dentistry, dentures and geriatric dentistry, using the latest technology including an Intra Oral Camera and Digital X-ray machine.

As a highly qualified professional, Dr Setsiba holds a Baccalaureus Dentalis Chirurgiae (BChD) from Medunsa University, now known as Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University in Pretoria.

Dr Setsiba has a range of skills from general dental work, implants, surgical removal of impacted teeth, endodontics, paediatric dentistry and dentures to crowns and bridge work, implantology, fillings and bleaching of teeth. He is able to offer both local anaesthetic and general anaesthetic for those patients who are extremely anxious of dental work and Dr Setsiba takes great satisfaction to see a patients smile return after a treatment.
