Chef Erick Oshiro, a Japanese-Peruvian native, boasts an illustrious career marked by significant achievements in the culinary world. His most notable role was serving as the Global and Regional Corporate Executive Chef for the esteemed Buddha Bar Group.

 

During his tenure, Chef Oshiro was instrumental in the opening of 22 restaurants worldwide, where he oversaw culinary operations and helped establish Buddha Bar as a leading name in Pan-Asian, Japanese, and Nikkei dining. His innovative approach to blending diverse culinary traditions has earned him a reputation as a visionary chef, admired and respected across the industry.
